End of Year Surveys for Students, Parents, and Staff

All Students, Parents, and Staff: Please be aware that there are new surveys available for you to complete online. Please follow the directions below and complete the surveys as soon as possible. Thank you.

Staff Directions:
1) Login to the school website and click the Moodle link on the top menu.
2) Click on SHCPS Staff Surveys.
3) Complete the Intent to Return Survey, Head of School Survey for Teachers, PD Needs Survey, and the New School Model Survey for Staff.

Student Directions:
1) Login to the school website and click the Moodle link on the top menu.
2) Click on Student Surveys.
3) Complete the Teacher Survey for Students (once for every teacher you have), Head of School Survey for Students, and the New School Model Survey for Students.

Parent Directions:
1) Click the following link: http://96.39.59.214/moodle/
2) Click on SHCPS Public Surveys.
3) Click Login as a guest.
4) Complete the Teacher Survey for Parents(once for every teacher that your child(ren) has), Heads of School Survey for Parents, and the New School Model Survey for Parents.

Admin Directions:
1) Login to the school website and click the Moodle link on the top menu.
2) Click on SHCPS Admin Surveys.
3) Complete the Superintendent Survey for Admin.
4) Also complete the New School Model Survey which is accessible via the Staff Directions.

Learning First Foundation Day at the Worcester Sharks – April 15

April Vacation Study Island Challenge

On Friday, April 13, grade 2-8 students will be able to begin working on the April Vacation Study Island Challenge! Make sure you login to Study Island over the April break. When you login you will find a special April Vacation class link for your grade level. Click that and then click to work on the April Vacation Assignment for your grade level.

If you can earn blue ribbons in all the included topics for the April Vacation Assignment (4 in total), you will be eligible to join us in a special pancake breakfast during the week that we return to school. Good luck!

Family Fun Zone:

(Begins at 12 p.m.)

Face Painting, Coloring Books, Games and other fun. Come to the garden work hard and have an awesome time.

 

If your schedule does not fit the times stated. We welcome Monetary and Material donations during the clean up hours.
