Steve Messineo, owner / director of All-Access Fitness Academy located in Shrewsbury, MA, will be here on Aug. 26th from 3:00 – 4:00 to offer a FREE Stress Reduction Workshop to our Seven Hills Staff and Parents. In addition, if there is interest, they are willing to host adult exercize classes at our school for us (for a fee). To gauge our interest, he has created an online survey. Completion of this survey (fully or in part) is optional and responses are confidential. Mr. Messineo will just provide the school with information about what the staff would like us to host.
