Intent to Return Forms and Transportation Requests

All Families: An Intent to Return form and a Transportation Request must be completed for each student who will be returning for the 2015-2016 school year. Intent to Return Instructions 1) Login to the school website at with your child’s username and password. 2) Click the “Intent to Return” link which will be on the screen right after you login. 3) Complete the Intent to Return survey and click Submit. Call the main office if you need your child’s username and password. Transportation Request Instructions. Applications must be submitted by June 29, 2015 for transportation to begin by August 4, 2015. 1) Login to (do not use www.). 2) Select the 2015-2016 school year. 3) School Name: Seven Hills Charter School 4) Username: shc01605 5) Password: C9EECFA3466A 6) You’ll need to complete this process for every student in your household.
